Couples Therapy
Move beyond the same painful arguments. Together, we identify the cycle beneath the conflict and build a relationship that feels safer, closer, and more responsive.
Therapy for deeper connection
Therapy for individuals and couples who want more than short-term relief. Understand what keeps you stuck, reconnect with what matters, and create change that lasts.

A place to pause, understand,
and find a way forward.
The work beneath the surface
Therapy can help you slow those patterns down and make sense of what is happening underneath. We will look beyond symptoms to the emotions, needs, beliefs, and relational experiences driving them.
My approach is active, collaborative, and transparent. I will share what I am noticing, explain how I understand what is keeping you stuck, and help us develop a clear direction for the work.
Ways we can work together
Support that honors the complexity of who you are, where you come from, and the relationships that matter most.
Move beyond the same painful arguments. Together, we identify the cycle beneath the conflict and build a relationship that feels safer, closer, and more responsive.
A thoughtful space to understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you, and to make meaningful, lasting change.
Clear, sensitive conversations about expectations, emotional connection, communication, and intimacy, grounded in your values and stage of life.

About Eli
I work with individuals and couples navigating disconnection, relationship distress, life transitions, disability, chronic illness, and questions of identity and meaning.
As a rabbi and therapist, I have extensive experience working across the Jewish community, including Yeshivish, Chassidish, Heimish, Modern Orthodox, and less observant backgrounds. My goal is not to make assumptions about where you should be, but to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to go.
